About the Role:-
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will play a key role in ensuring that ongoing clinical trials meet all regulatory, ethical, and quality standards. The position involves trial monitoring, site management, and data validation to maintain compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Oversee assigned clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to approved study protocols and timelines.
- Conduct initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials across India.
- Review and verify Case Report Forms (CRFs) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support investigators and site staff with GCP compliance and documentation.
- Identify and resolve deviations, ensuring patient safety and regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with project managers, medical writers, and data management teams.
- Prepare and maintain essential trial documentation for audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Prior involvement in pharmacovigilance or clinical trial monitoring.
- Certification in Clinical Research (ACRP, SOCRA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
